Setting up a call with your coach is easy. Once you buy your package, you'll be sent to a page where you can immediately schedule a call with your coach. Your coach will be notified that you've booked your call and will follow up with you if they have any questions. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected]

Currently, we do not offer any payment plans. In the future, we will introduce alternative payment methods.

We do not offer refunds on coaching packages. We've never had anyone request a refund though (all our clients have been satisfied with their service and have at least gotten something out of it).

Our coaches are on a very tight schedule. We allow you to reschedule your appointment as long as it isn't within 24 hours. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of the call, you will forfeit your call. Some coaches may be more lenient -- just communicate with your coach!
